Getting Things Started

Haley McNeil, a Teeswater-based musician with ties to the Brussels area, was one of the first acts to grace the stage over the weekend for Bluevale’s 170th Homecoming. She performed on Friday night in the event tent to a decent-sized audience as members of the Brussels Legion were busy making dinner for about 450 attendees of the community celebration.
